Our services
In addition to general care for your pet, such as preventive care, diagnostics and vaccinations, we also offer more specialised services.
Cardiology focuses on diagnosing and treating disorders of the heart and major blood vessels in companion animals. Heart disease is most common in older dogs and cats, but it can also be congenital. Thanks to modern diagnostics and specialised treatments, many animals can maintain a good quality of life, even with chronic heart problems.
We perform routine procedures such as neutering and the removal of skin lumps, as well as more specialised and emergency soft tissue procedures, such as removing bladder stones, treating stomach torsion (bloat) and removing abdominal tumours. For this, we have a very well-equipped operating theatre and experienced surgeons.
Sometimes a clear image is needed to find out what's wrong with your pet. With ultrasound, we use sound waves to look at the internal organs, such as the abdominal organs and the heart. This examination is painless, involves no radiation and often requires no sedation. With video endoscopy, we insert a small camera, for example into the stomach, intestines or airways. This allows us to look inside, take a small tissue sample for analysis or remove a foreign object, often without surgery.
Internal medicine focuses on diseases of the internal organs in companion animals. From the airways to digestion, from hormonal disorders to infections: discover how our vets recognise and treat these conditions.
We have extensive experience in this field and use specialised equipment. Our services include fracture repair, cruciate ligament surgery and arthroscopy (keyhole joint surgery). Combined with a high-precision digital X-ray system, this allows us to offer you an efficient, high-quality service.
Neurology focuses on disorders of the brain, spinal cord and nerves in companion animals. Seizures, balance problems, back pain or paralysis: symptoms like these can be worrying. With a thorough neurological examination, we pinpoint where the problem lies and recommend the treatment that best suits your pet.
Oncology focuses on diagnosing and treating tumours and cancer in companion animals. Cancer is most common in older dogs and cats, but an early diagnosis often makes treatment more effective. Depending on the situation, we may recommend surgery, chemotherapy or palliative care. Your pet's quality of life always comes first, and we make every decision together with you.
Physiotherapy helps your pet move more easily again, relieves pain and strengthens their muscles. It's especially useful after surgery, such as a cruciate ligament operation, but also for arthritis, neurological problems or older pets. Using tailored exercises, massage and other gentle techniques, we create a personalised programme so your pet can enjoy moving again.
Dermatology focuses on problems with the skin, coat, ears and nails in companion animals. Itching, redness, hair loss, allergies or recurring ear infections: these issues are common and can really bother your pet. With a thorough examination and targeted tests, we track down the cause and put together a suitable treatment plan, with regular follow-up if needed.
Dentistry focuses on the health of your pet's teeth and mouth. Tartar, inflamed gums or damaged teeth: dental problems are very common in dogs and cats, and often show up as bad breath or difficulty eating. We remove tartar and provide any necessary dental care safely under general anaesthesia. We also give you advice on prevention, so your pet's mouth stays healthy day to day.
